About Ronald P. May

Author, Public Speaker, and Preserver of Life Stories

Ron is the author of two published books about World War II veterans. More recently he has begun writing about places in Indiana and abroad that help us remember those who served in time of war. 

Ron May is a native of Erie, Pennsylvania. He was a Lutheran Pastor and Navy Reserve Chaplain for 22 years. Ron currently serves as the Chaplain at Hoosier Village Retirement Center in Zionsville, Indiana. He also works as a freelance writer for the Martinsville Reporter Times newspaper and a personal historian specializing in helping veterans preserve their military service stories.
